-Consult on technical issues and solution development Develop or oversee the development of detailed design specifications Developing and delivering end user training, including documentation
-One on one or small group settings Interface with internal and cross functional departments as required Assist with coordinating the processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs Review the work of others and provide constructive feedback

-Assist all users to migrate and maintain their documentation in the SharePoint environment.
