Senior Manager, Finance will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Finance and Accounting functions for District 2020. Responsibilities include creation of annual plan and forecasts, oversee revenue recognition, Assisting in overall financial planning and control of District 2020- Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis, etc. Managing Treasury function of the group.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Assist in the creation of the annual plan and quarterly forecasts;
- Manage the revenue recognition process in compliance with contract terms;
- Manage team in achieving accounts receivable objectives and metrics - oversee maintenance and research on AR past due;
- Create, manage and review the District 2020 budget;
- Compiling Management Reports, Financial statements, Consolidated Reports and presentations to management and Board of Directors;
- Conduct completion of quarterly or monthly audit schedules as requested by Dubai Financial Services Fund;
- Maintain internal control processes and standards and ensure the compliance of the team;
- Prepare monthly financial statement packages;
- Assist in the preparation of analysis and dashboard reporting for Senior Management;
- Review, understand and ensure compliance and proper accounting for transaction deals;
- Produce and analyze monthly and quarterly Management Executive Committee variance reports.
