Sales Executive - Sawaeed Employment Services

• Acts as key point of contact between the Company and its Clients; answering queries, offering advice and explaining the services of the Company to the Clients.


• Reach towards the customer directly. Must maintain and develop good relationship with Clients through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.


• Maximize Sales for the Company’s Manpower Outsourcing Services and are expected to meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives/month/year.


• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.


• Deal with Clients and prospects at different levels.


• Secure sales that represent profitable business to the company.


• Prepare proposals/offers/tenders etc.,


• Comprehensive product (Company Services) and market knowledge is essential to this role. Build confidence with their customers by demonstrating an understanding of their business.


• Display efficiency in gathering market and Client information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and Client specifications to the Head of Sales and Marketing


• Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.


• Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and business code of ethics.


• Prepare accurate and timely Sales Reports.
