We are looking for proactive and assertive professionals who will be 'consultants' to our customers and offer them solutions for their investment needs. The incumbent will be a 'team player' who will deliver, by leveraging on our products and internal members' support. He/she will maintain a balance between 'risks' and 'rewards' and will ensure that the liabilities so acquired, meet the organizations' asset quality and policy requirements.
-He/she will manage the HNI clients' space and is expected to have good knowledge of SME space and has the ability to tap the segment to get deposits
- The incumbent will implement strategies to acquire new clients and service the existing ones
- Should be able to negotiate to book profitable deals with the clients for the business
- Effective relationship management to originate business & service client needs
- Identify opportunities to cross sell other products and develop investment product knowledge to strengthen the sales efforts
The individual will be measured upon the 'delivered business value', 'enhanced customer experience' and 'compliance adherence'.
