Responsible for assisting the Recruitment team in delivering the recruitment and manpower plan for the group. Participate in the internal and external recruitment activities so that the organizations recruitment process is efficient, effective and aligned with the business need and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings in accordance with the organization’s manpower plan.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods and web portals such as Bayt.com, LinkedIn and company’s career site.
- Build pool of CVs (country, city, department, position)
- Screening of all received CVs and maintain appropriate filling system.
- Coordinating with candidates for interviews and conducting telephonic interviews before short-listing candidates.
- Interacting with candidates, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies and skill sets, making them understand the job role.
- Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to the candidates about the company and position.
- Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports feedback reports and recruitment progress sheet
