The Role
We are urgently looking for Real Estate / Leasing Agents for the Real Estate sector of the company covering commercial and residential properties in Dubai. This position will be reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key Accountabilities
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective tenants
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with tenant’s needs and financial
resources - Answer clients' questions regarding financing, maintenance, repairs, and
appraisals - Accompany prospective tenants during visits to and inspections of property, advising
them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
