Lab Technician
\[ Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with the regulations governing the disposable food materials manufacturing process.
\[ Be able to calibrate and set up the lab equipment, ensuring results are recorded accurately on computer systems and data sheets.
\[ Have knowledge of mechanical equipment and the ability to diagnose and correct equipment malfunction.
\[ Have knowledge of basic machinery preventive maintenance and repair.
\[ Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
\[ Follow regulations to ensure quality & safety standards are met.
QA/QC Executive
\[ Assist in developing and implementing quality control and inspection procedures for receipt and control of incoming materials, in-process materials and final product acceptance activities.
\[ Guiding Quality Inspectors and Asst. QC Executives in conducting online inspections and identifying nonconformities if any.
\[ Performing Quality control laboratory tests as per standard SOP and recording observations.
\[ Assist in establishing and maintaining test instrument calibration procedures and maintenance schedules.
\[ Assisting in conducting all third-party quality, environmental and food safety audits.
\[ Preparing the quality documentations and reports.
\[ Determining system/process improvements opportunities.
