Project & Office Admin Executive - Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited - Abu Dhabi

Providing administrative and logistics support to the project team comprising (but not limited to):


• Document and filling during preparation and transition phase of the projects
• Review and compile project documentations / emails
• Support project team and facilitate discussions through meeting minutes’ writings and coordination works
• Manage travel arrangements for project team e.g. booking tickets, reimbursements, etc
• Manage inventory, refresh and maintain of all office systems and tools supplied to staff within the department
• Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures, controlling correspondences, designing filing systems, preparing supply requisitions, supporting clerical functions
• Support new staff on-boarding process, such as handle application of work visas, medical insurance matters and office desk allocation to staff
• Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned
