Production Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to plan, develop, administer and implement provisions of the employee occupational safety, health and training program for production personnel.
• Supervise the arrangement of the delivery of ready mixed concrete to the sites and in maintaining records of production activities.
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of
production equipment
• Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
• Responsible of production orders and monitors the status of ready mixed concrete production.
