Our client is a leading private healthcare provider in UAE offering international level services in healthcare. Their reach is through a specialized care hospital and more than 20 outpatient centres. For their specialized care hospital they are hiring a Pediatric Nurse Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure the delivery of optimal patient care through the coordination of clinical activities, staff supervision, personnel leadership/management, and unit organization.
• Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills with a variety of patients, physicians, and other health care providers both internal and external to the organization, and must make accurate clinical decisions and judgments quickly;
• Demonstrates responsibility by achieving financial objectives;
• Leads and coaches the development and growth of a safety culture in the department;
