Office Girl / Assistant - Arctic Solutions DMCC

  1. Open office in the mornings and close down in the evening Handle incoming calls and emails and routing appropriately Greet office visitors
  2. Provide support for all administrative tasks including printing, scanning etc.
  3. Formatting of work documents.
  4. Handle Travel arrangements.
  5. Maintain cleanliness of the office premises
  6. Ensure the availability of all kitchen and toilet supplies at all times (i.e. soap, air freshener, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, etc).
  7. Prepare the drinks of the employees and guests.
  8. Order food for guests/employees as requested.
