-Evaluate the financial position and profitability of Group
-Monitor and forecast the market conditions and upcoming business trends
-Take decision in case of any risks or an economic downturn
-Identify areas that Group needs improvement for achieving its goals and objectives
-Arrange reports to the Management on Monthly financial and variance/ trend between budget.
-Prepare reports and presentations of findings about ongoing business issues, ongoing project status and feasibility study / due-diligence of new Projects.
