Male, 35 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree holder or with relevant certification and training
Minimum 3 years of significant work experience in customer service is preferred
With experience in public speaking is a plus
Able to memorize and recite facts clearly and accurately
Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills, including email and word processing
Enthusiastic, engaging, and informative way of speaking
Able to remain calm and collected when dealing with difficult guests
Passion for learning and willingness to continue to acquire relevant knowledge
Can join immediately (1-month maximum)
