Minimum height: 167 cm/5’5 feet
Bachelor’s degree holder or any equivalent certification/training
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role
Experience in a 5-star hotel is an advantage
Able to handle guest complaints
Must be presentable and well-groomed
Must have good communication and customer service skills
