Male, between 30 to 45 y/o
Must have a Master’s Certificate of Competency or other academic certification from any IMO signatories or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience at sea, with a minimum of 5 years on vessels engaged on international voyages
Expertise in public management, administrative supports, coordination with government and semi-government organizations
Experience in fault-identification, survey & inspections, maintenance procedures and process of rectification of identified deficiencies are essentials
Excellent administrative skills
Team leader with positive outlook and clear focus on quality output and integrity
Can join in a month’s notice immediately (max 1 month)
Work Location: Dubai
Salary up to 28,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications, plus education allowance and medical insurance and air ticket for self and family
