- Liaise and negotiate best shipping terms with all approved 3PL logistics companies
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse , consignees in end countries when needed, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train client servicing workforce on all logistics pre-requisites
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with local & international laws, customs regulations and ISO requirements
