Legal Secretary / Office Support - Alert HR Solutions

The Organization:
Our client is an international law firm with 1,000 lawyers in the United States, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. It serves clients across a broad range of complex transactional and regulatory matters. Their lawyers have a depth of experience in industries such as energy, financial services, real estate investment and finance, retail and consumer products, and technology, among others.


Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide legal and administrative support to lawyers;
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and partners, greet visitors;
• Write and review contracts;
• Conduct thorough statistical/ documentary research;
• Produce and file various legal documents;
• Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate;
• Maintain and update inventories of contact details;
• Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders;
• General administrative and secretarial support to the office in Dubai.
