Charterhouse is working with a public sector organisation who is looking to hire a member of Legal Counsel who is common law qualified. The contract is on a temporary basis and is likely to be 6 - 9 months, located in Dubai.
You will be responsible in assisting the organisation with general international corporate & commercial work, including a heavy focus on M&A. You will also be drafting and negotiating a range of documents which includes shareholder agreements, licensing agreements, due diligence, joint ventures amongst others.
