For first some years, he/she is seconded to a Japanese power company in DIFC as an in-house lawyer. The company is doing various power projects in Middle-East, Africa and South Asia and joins bids in those regions to get new projects. Experiences on the power project (especially project documents or EPC documents) would be highly appreciated. The expected scope of work for him/her is as follows. After such secondment, he/she will work as a project lawyer in our firm based in DIFC. In the future, he/she may have a chance to be the leader of our international project finance team which is currently at the primitive stage.
