Support desktop applications and conduct technical fault analysis.
Install and configure workstation software.
Maintain data center environment (i.e.) cabling, labeling standards etc.
Create and maintain domain user and e-mail account.
Evaluate user requirements and system functionality.
Administer servers, domain controllers, exchange servers, routers, switches, firewalls, company phones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
Support LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet systems and network segments
Ensure that IT department facilities meet the needs of individuals and projects.
Communicate and coordinate with internet service providers for new requirements, upgrade and technical fault complaints.
Coordinate with local service centers for printers and computers repairs.
Perform PABX and IP phones installation, configuration and maintenance. Create business code / calling facility.
Generate telephone call reports.
Monitor internet, LAN & WAN bandwidth usage.
Maintain Inventory of IT Equipments and software.
Ensure the smooth running of the IT department systems, including anti-virus software, Anti-spy software, windows update servers, backup, print services and email provision.
SAP GUI installation and configuration and client side support.
Provide users with appropriate support and advice.
Provide secure access to the network for remote users.
Inspect machines, equipment and structures regularly to ensure that any defects discovered are remedied forthwith.
Keep immediate superior briefed on all matters being handled and developments thereon.
To fulfill the requirements of IMS and to ensure for the continual improvement.
