HR Manager - Manpower Middle East

Our client is now recruiting for an HR Manager


Main Duties & Responsibilities


• Develop & implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Analyse & produce error free payroll as per UAE labour law.
• Responsible for HR activities such as employee relations, HR operation, employee compensation & benefits (Leaves, EOSB).
• Report to management and provide decision through HR metrics.
• Work with department managers to create and update job descriptions.
• Build and manage a performance appraisal system that drive high performance.
• Dealing with any kind of employee including labours.


Skills of delivering HR service to all levels of the business;
• Have a ‘hands-on’ approach to HR;
• Must be able to work in a fast paced/changing environment;
• Must be able to establish credibility quickly;
• A high degree of resilience, perseverance and commitment is essential;
• Have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles, personalities and diverse areas of the company;
• Have a high level of communication skills both oral and written;
• Must be approachable at all times and in all situations;
• Having experience in abroad reporting;
• Be able to gain the respect and trust of others
