- Assist with on-boarding of the staff, leaver’s process and ongoing HR operational processes to support on all HR related queries for the staff
- Assist in continuously amending HR policies and procedures to help improve efficiency & effectiveness in alignment of organizational goals
- Deal with HRIS issues
- Attend and assist with job fairs
- collect data, analyze and prepare reports as directed by line manager, as well as conduct market surveys and make recommendations
- Assist in planning & organizing team retreats
- Coordinate & ensure performance appraisals are done and maintain a record
- Assist with recruitment: writing JDs, preparing job posts on career sties, screening and shortlisting candidates, maintaining a database of interns, creating freelancers contracts
- Take minute meetings
- Compose letters in Arabic & English
- Provide other additional administrative support as needed to line manager
- Assist with HR related processes such as Visa Applications and security checks
