Good knowledge of Networking, Desk Tops, Laptops, Printers, Windows OS etc.
Experience using help desk ticketing software
Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation

Work location: Dubai
Salary up to 9,000 AED all inclusive, depending on years of experience and qualifications
