The Digital Marketing Manager - Fashion brand should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Description

The Digital Marketing Manager - Fashion brand will have the following responsibilities:



  • Devise and implement regional digital marketing strategies/campaigns across platforms (desktop, mobile, apps) and channels (PPC, display, email, SEO, social, affiliates, E-com); optimised performance through attribution modelling and A/B testing


  • Analyse current brand positioning in the market and outline targeted consumers insights. Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space


  • Create and manage annual digital marketing calendar, including SEO/SEM activities, marketing database creation, email, social media and display advertising campaigns


  • Develop and create a customer centric approach to digital marketing campaigns based on data driven insights resulting in increased brand awareness, customer engagement and ROI


  • Manage content on the brand's website and social media channels and monitored performance through analytics and social monitoring tools


  • Ensure our social media presence aligns to the brand guidelines. Plan, execute and optimise on all AdWords, Facebook, retargeting, influencer and affiliate advertising campaigns


  • Apply a strategy to the CRM data to optimise campaigns targeting and performance leading to an increase in click-through rate and a decrease in cost of sale


  • Oversee and manage organisations websites, blogs, social media pages (twitter, YouTube, Facebook pages), driving traffic and engagement


  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company E-com portals


  • Full ownership of Paid, Earned and Owned channels in terms of traffic and conversions coming from them


  • Forge relationships with marketing partners /Influencers and vendors to leverage their support and expertise to drive successful campaigns


  • Launching and monitoring omni channel initiatives with the offline team


  • Working closely with the Loyalty team to increase the number of customers shopping on our website


  • Organize and lead digital marketing team. Create the team structure as per Business requirements and train/performance management any direct reportees



  • Profile

    The Digital Marketing Manager - Fashion brand should have the following:
  • UAE experience is a must
  • Retail / Fashion experience is preferred
  • At least 7 years experience and must have been in a generalist Digital Marketing Manager role covering PPC, SEO, social marketing, performance etc.
