- Make sure, that development initiatives are effectively determined, managed and executed
- Work with the team to understand process and system issues, initiatives and priorities
- Test items from a developer and user perspective before launch
- Significantly improve the customer’s experience with using our application
- Reduce risk to acceptable levels by:
- Preparing necessary development documentation
- Constantly researching and proposing relevant trends and best practices
- Security processes and systems in place, including redundant backups and troubleshooting
