Job Responsibilities -
Perform daily functions of supporting the project for a period of two months (extendable at the discretion of Dunia) for KYC update.The incumbent should have basic knowledge and can use the system for updating the documents of customers.
Ensure customers are called and requested for submission of fresh KYC documents, wherever expired. Emphasis is to obtain the EID card copies from the customers. Ensure CRM relevant fields are updated with KYC data (including uploading of scanned copies of KYC docs), received through registered emails, WhatsApp, on dunia website and through branch channels.
