CRM Manager / Customer relationship manager - Decision Management Consultants

• Provide full and detailed reporting on progress of sales, collections and outstanding to the department head on a weekly/monthly/quarterly and annually basis.
• Providing customers with detailed payment breakdown and expected due dates (upcoming payments, due for current milestone, due for current year, remaining balance and paid to date.
• Managing/collecting and updating all required documentation from buyers prior to execution of any agreement (ID copies, notarized POA, legal guardianship, physical address, valid contact details etc..)
• Maintain a list of all sales inquiries and potential buyers.
• Preparation (systematically/manually) and execution of new reservation forms subject to complete/approved booking request by Sales
• Issue notices to buyers and invitation letters to sign SPAs/ execute a milestone payment, unit Inspection and hand over… as well as pre-reminders, reminders
• Assisting customers with Legal documentation, act as intermediate between client and legal department.
• Ensure that all agreed CRM systems and processes are followed, maintained and practiced by the CRM Team.
• Handling the Initial and the final Registration of Sale and Purchase Agreement.
• Key contact with Banks to assist in mortgage funding, payment processing, telegraphic transfers investigation.
• Analysing customer call flows and call centre reports.
• Evaluating current state of CRM activity and identifying and prioritizing potential CRM initiatives.
