FUNCTIONAL AREAS:
A. New loyalty platform
• Understand the existing loyalty platform mechanism and without disturbing the existing loyalty program, change to new loyalty platform.
• Manage the whole project single handed from scratch to delivery of the project (new loyalty system).
• Work closely with internal stake holders and transform their requirements into business functionality and implement in loyalty platform within project timelines.
• Act as the main Marketing lead, mapping business needs to technological potential to deliver the best solution possible within timeline
• Partner with IT and vendor on design of new customer data warehouse and loyalty platform solution, and act as business lead throughout database development, implementation, testing and deployment to ensure alignment between business goals and implementation
• Build business cases and recommend new technologies and enhancements for CRM and customer data intelligence solutions
• Prepare Business Rules document
• Prepare RFP (Request For Proposal)
• Reply for RFI (Request For Information)
• Handle and minimize CR (Change Request)
• Prepare budget and handle the project within the allocated budget
• Partner with internal IT Department and external Vendors, in order to plan and execute the loyalty platform change.
• Manage Data transfer from existing platform to new loyalty platform
• Prepare UAT (user acceptance test) cases for both POS and new loyalty platform
• Do UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for both POS and new loyalty platform
• Do pilot testing for new loyalty platform
• Provide training to staff on new loyalty program
• Go live with new loyalty platform
• Trouble shooting of functionalities with loyalty platform
B. CRM
• Liaise with CRM agency for day to day activities related to Company On Program
• Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
• Increasing member’s engagement in conjunction with marketing plans with various initiatives
• Development of product specific campaigns’ SMS, emailer & welcome emailers.
• Ensure smooth broadcasting of campaigns by liaison with CRM agency
• Prepare Emails, SMS in loyalty platform or campaign management tool and broadcast the same. (Preferable have basic knowledge of Photoshop).
• Brief the CRM agency on the required data selection and creative/build requirements for each campaign.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the corporate identity and brand behaviors are correctly presented for all activities in liaison with agency.
• Track and keep updates on CRM activities in the region for other brands.
C. Data Management
• Study all Dashboard and Company data to find out progress, loopholes, opportunity for further development plans.
• Prepare Dashboards from Business Intelligent tools.
• Understand the importance of data analysis in order to make effective recommendations.
• Download Company transaction files from all station (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain) and transfer the same to Agency on weekly basis.
• Analyze data to spot current trends or assess the response of different campaigns and find correlations between different types of data.
• Generate and compile CRM reports periodically and measure results of all CRM initiatives/ Campaigns to know the impact and effectiveness.
D. Back End Operations
• Resolving shop issues related to CRM in co-ordination with IT department, CRM agency and shops.
• Ensure all required material is available in every shop all the time.
• Transfer data of all company enrolment forms received to Data Direct Office.
• Raise required payment order (PO) for various work and process invoice, payments and maintain all records.
E. Others
• Any other assistance as and when required by your department.
• Take on any additional internal or external project responsibilities when requested.
