The role holder is responsible for building objects by drilling, cutting, shaping various matters and fabricating to create prototypes. The role holder is also responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining computerised machinery to create precisely crafted components.
Experience: Minimum 2 Years’ experience in building prototypes furniture and objects in wood, plastic and other materials.
Job Specific Skills:
Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment, such as CNC router, precision grinders, machine tools, lathes and lasers, used for cutting, grinding and milling
CNC machining experience either Milling using Heidenhain or Turning using Fanuc and any Delcam programming knowledge would be beneficial
