Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Culinary and with certification in Health and Safety and, Food Hygiene
With at least 5 years of solid experience in FnB/restaurant/stand-alone set-up
Extensive experience in MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE
Complete handling of the high-end Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, from training, coordinating, monitoring and leading kitchen staff to inventory and stock control, menu creation and adaptation, with full kitchen management experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Can join immediately (Visit and Cancelled Visa are welcome to apply) or with maximum of 1-month notice
