Business Development Manager - Property Management - Ghassan Aboud Group

The Business Development Manager who will report to the General Manager Supermarkets & will be directly responsible for driving external growth through expansion of property management; this includes implementing a business development strategy identify new site for the opening of new stores, build customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals.


Main Responsibilities


- The candidate would propose sites for the opening of new stores within the overall expansion plan - He/she will possess good understanding of the property management market in UAE.
- Ensure and coordinate technical and legal process to achieve new projects
-Evaluate the catchments area potential and confirm it with the analysis of the consultants survey
- Negotiate the best deals with tenants
- Inspecting properties to ensure the owner standards are being met: evaluating maintenance, grounds, and administrative operations.
- Ensure the respect of budget and take corrective measures when necessary
-Elaborate feasibility report to ensure an accuracy of the new projects
Assist in technical proposals, capability and staffing sections and other areas as appropriate; contribute to the technical approach sections of proposals as required.
- Gain and share understanding of prospect's organization, processes, business strategies, product or service offerings and decision-making structures and conduct market intelligence and analysis on selected targets and competitors.
