Business Development Manager – HORECA

Job Summary:


- To develop and effectively implement the Business Development Plan and achieve the agreed company business goals, objectives and targets


 


Key Job Accountabilities:


- Responsible for the generation, implementation / execution of the Business Development Plan for the area with very clear objectives & targets, strategies & tactical action plans, responsibilities / accountabilities and deadlines. He is responsible and accountable for the achievements of this business plan


- Responsible for effective business development team management - ensuring that the team is complete / adequate, competent, highly motivated and that relevant training programs are regularly conducted in order to achieve targets & objectives


- Responsible for ensuring that each team member has KPIs and targets (monthly, weekly, daily; daily performance reviews / analysis for each KPI; and production and submission of the Daily KPI report


- Responsible for ensuring that each member achieves his KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly)


- Responsible for ensuring the creation and retention of new customers


- Responsible for ensuring that all company requirements regards new accounts creation are met


- Responsible for ensuring that all new customers created regularly place orders and that chiller given (if any) are exclusively for the product of the company


- Responsible for solving all problems that any team member faces and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure the problems are solve as soon as possible


- Responsible for performing any other duties assigned by superiors / senior management
