Manage a portfolio of direct and indirect customers
The Manager will be responsible for the management of direct and indirect key IT accounts.
will need to build strong relationships with clients on various levels, as well as acquire thorough knowledge about their business.
Will also need to present technical solutions to IT departments, as well as non-technical people.
Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various level
Promote Professional Solutions (Servers, Workstations, Graphic Solutions etc)
Ensuring financial targets and company’s objectives are reached
Attend marketing events
Prepare and perform customer’s training
Generate business leads
Manage Stock and pricing
Ensure customers & company profitability
Develop marketing plans
Develop and report technical changes, innovations, competitor actions and other developments observed in marketplace
Performing any related duties as deemed necessary by company management
