⦁ Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all the outlets and drives the F&B brands in the developmental and financial success across the market. Manage all F&B operations to deliver an excellent guest experience. Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
⦁ Review and develop an annual budget and business plan for each revenue outlets; takes corrective action as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained
⦁ Develops, implements and improves all processes and procedures to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
⦁ Coordinates with Kitchen Managers and FOH management the development of menus, POS systems, service procedures and standards of operation development, and trainings.
⦁ Recruits, trains, motivates and evaluates Team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
⦁ Oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality and standards are meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis. Takes proactive approaches when dealing with guest concerns
