Administrative Assistant (After sales/ customer Service)

Our company is looking for Dedicated Officer,, with the following qualifications:
1. Must be familiar with Import/Export documents.



2. Must have a knowledge for Contract/ Agreements (international Sales/ Exports related) and related Legal Norms.



3. Must know how to compose Legal Letters
-Candidates must have a 4-5 years’ experience on the mentioned qualifications above.



-With a diploma in Bachelor's degree Major in Business Admin. or equivalent
-Master's degree is a plus point
-Must know proper Documents Management
-Should maintain & update each Customer Account including Payment Follow ups & orders
-Coordinate with Operations and related shipping agents/ parties as and when necessary
-Send Daily orders updates to Supplier
-Regular Follow up of ongoing Orders and update customers on production/ shipment status.
-Monitor Suppliers performance and take necessary actions reporting to Management.



4.Customer Service
- Should have Skills to manage Customer Complains, reporting and follow up with Concerned Dept.
- Regularly interact with Sales and marketing team for
-Must be expert in Research & Analyzing large Data and Make Analysis Reports accurately to present in meetings
