Khawarizmi International College (KIC) is currently seeking a 3D Animation and Graphic Design Lecturer in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Reporting to: Head of Graphic Design and Animation Department.
Position Summary:
A qualified candidate will have a Master’s degree in 3D Animation, Graphic Design, Web Design, Arts or a relevant stream from an accredited university and a minimum of 5 years teaching experience. He / She enjoys having good classroom leadership along with excellent communication, presentation, supervisory and teaching skills; moreover, has the ability to demonstrate English language fluency in order to connect and reach out to mass audience.
Main duties:
• To effectively deliver the Graphic Design and Animation undergraduate programs and make sure that the program(s) aims and objectives are being met.
• Ensure students are motivated to learn in a friendly and conducive environment and utilize the College resources to the optimum.
• Prepare students to use advanced computer programs and software.
• Provide students the newest graphics art and animation knowledge & technology to meet the market and industry.
• Develop and shape the students to become graphic designers, and 3d animators.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
• Experience in academic policy, implementation and development, accreditation (preferred), and academic administration.
• Experience in utilizing different Graphic Design, and Animation software.
• An internationally recognized professional credential with proven industrial experience in the same field is preferred ;
