Male/Female, 35 years old and below
Degree holder in Culinary or any relevant training
At least 2 years of culinary experience in the same role
Has strong experience in managing a kitchen
With experience in steak/grilled meat
Manage and train CDP, DCDPs or Commis working with you
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Good English communication skills
