Job Overview/Summary:
Conduct training and awareness sessions for the Business users on the different IT technologies and products rolled out in CLIENT as well as the Group Companies.
Major Responsibilities:
- Collect, collate and clarify business requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, case, scenarios, tasks and workflow analysis to develop business solutions
- Liaise with the business users to provide technical guidance and maintain a positive relationship with IT customers to identify technology needs and ensure that the service provided is able to meet these needs
- Execute programs to maintain an effective communication channel with customers that build stronger relationships and market IT solutions to the business and run awareness campaigns to promote efficiency and utilization of CLIENT's IT products
- Contribute in the development, implementation and communication of IT change management strategy across the group companies and standardize the communications for the group IT projects
- Build and improve customer relationships by conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and application usage
- Conduct analysis to anticipate business needs to identify and propose IT products and services to enable the business to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology
- Provide support in delivering technology products and services to ensure business satisfaction
- Support change management initiatives and communication of change in a systematic way during the lifecycle of the project to achieve all project objectives
- Adopt to approved Section/Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section's / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards
- Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and CLIENT Code of Practices
- Regular contacts with IT Management Team and End-users up to Unit Managers across CLIENT on provision of IT solutions and services delivery
- Regular contact with the counterparts in CLIENT Group Companies on intra-group coordination on IT related issues
