We are seeking to recruit a Trade Execution Officer for a client in Dubai.
Brief:
- Nominate Vessels, shipping, demurrage, customs documentation, insurance
- Handling documentation bulk commodities & bulk shipments
- Responsible for timely preparation /execution of documents from other local & overseas office
- Great planning ability and able to execute a vessel from start to finish
- Understanding local and relevant overseas customs rules and regulations
- Ensuring appropriate certification and documentation is available for each consignment regarding quality, purity, origin, tonnage, etc.
- Stock reconciliation and communicating with mine sites to understand current or upcoming issues which may adversely affect supply
