Conduct site surveys for plans and projects and facilitate the NOC process
Site surveying:
Conduct site surveying and provide requested reports and information regarding routes, locations and status of assets
Conduct site surveying for required to issue FEEWA NOCs to external parties
NOC clearance:
Coordinate with local municipalities and other entities to obtain necessary NOCs (No Objection Certificates) for FEWA construction projects
Prepare and maintain all required NOC documentation
Audit Findings – Action Plan:
Investigate and make recommendations for further action based on incidents / audit findings to reduce the risk of future similar incidents.
GIS:
Work with the GIS group and conduct requested site surveys providing necessary geographical and asset information required for updating and maintaining the system
Document Control:
Ensure accurate documentation of all surveys and maps, to facilitate ease of future reference & ease of decision making by the regional engineers.
Policies & Procedures:
Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Safety, Quality & Environment:
Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions so that personal safety/ the safety of others is not jeopardised and a certain minimum level of product/service quality and environmental impact can be guaranteed.
