Job Purpose: Implement Company’s Sales Strategy, and recommend necessary measures to expand the company’s market share and maximize company’s sales and profits, in line with companies’ policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:
- Establish and maintain a professional business relationship with major Electro Mechanical Companies in their market area, in order to ensure repeated business from all major customers in their market place.
- Identify and develop new prospects, in order to develop company’s market, share and maintain business growth.
- Guide and Monitor Sales activities, in order to ensure increased efficiency of the sales team.
- Reports to GM all business opportunities and recommend actions they see as necessary to secure the business.
- Report to GM all sales and marketing activities and agree with him on action plans necessary to achieve targets.
- Report to GM on competition activities and agree on action plans necessary for maintaining competitive edge.
- Check periodically his Sales performance versus budget and recommend enhancement tools, in order to ensure maximizing sales and profit figures.
- Maintain proper records on lost projects and evaluate the reasons, in order to take the necessary measures to ensure success in future projects.
Span of Communication:
Internal:
- General Manager, to report on major issues and agree on action plans
- Area Sales Representatives to update on market condition
- Indoor Sales staff to ensure proper response to customer queries
- Delivery Controller, to ensure customers’ priorities are being met
- Credit Controller, to ensure proper collection of payments
External:
- Real Estate Developers/Contractors/Consultants, to enhance the marketing process
