Sales Coordinator - Ghassan Aboud Group

The role responsibilities entails coordination of documentation & processes with internal & external customers for Import & Export shipments of Air, Sea & Land to ensure smooth operations of the sales team activities.


This role will expedite functions such as, opening of relevant files, production of internal documentation, updating shipment statuses, assisting and advising customers of Arrival/ Departure, arranging deliveries & processing invoices. Functional experience in air / sea / land Customs brokerage is an added advantage.


 


Description


Provide administrative support to the sales team in connection with processing of customer inquiries – Quotations & giving timely updates



Provide sales administrative support in relation to scheduling of sales meetings, preparation of sales collateral material and client SOP’s.


Opening & closing of Job Files as per company set standards by ensuring each job as sufficient profits completion of job file and forwarding it to finance for invoicing


Log and monitor all Routing Orders


Invoicing as per company norms & standards


Monitor adherence to SOPs

1. Quotation logs
2. Capture enquiry IN timeline vs quotation OUT. KPI’s;


Import Enquiry: Quoted within 2 working days from the date of enquiry
Export Enquiry: Quoted within 1 working day from the date of enquiry
