Duties and Responsibilities:
- To exercise the highest standards of ethics and care in safeguarding the interests of Rasmala clients and protecting sensitive client and Company data at all times.
- Strong sales support and marketing skills with attention to detail
- Assist with new business opportunities with prospective and existing clients within the Institutional and family office channels throughout the MENA region and other regions.
- Manage client communication and client queries and reports, as necessary.
- Ensure world class client service, including timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
- Work collegially as a member of the sales team and support wider team activities
- Review documents for clarity and content
