This is a contract role under Manpower Group - 12 months renewable contract
Our client a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company founded in 2013 is looking for a Receptionist.
The Primary Objective is:
To perform reception duties, support functions and general office assistance.
Responsibilities
Manage the Front Office
· Receive and direct all visitors as appropriate.
· Handle all incoming/outgoing couriers and post deliveries, monitor & track all deliveries.
· Manage/operate the Telephone Switchboard in a professional and timely manner.
· Take messages effectively and accurately.
Administrative Support
· Administration and Secretarial Support.
· Handle the LPOs procedures with our vendors and ensure proper implementation of the ordering system. Follow up for LPO approvals.
· Ensure a well-organized filing system is in use, allowing easy access to all documents at any time.
· Perform other Administrative tasks as and when requested.
Other:
· Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
· Provide minor accounting/bookkeeping assistance as requested.
· Coordination of medical claims with the Medical Insurance Company.
