- •Shall be the primary point of contact between the factory and site
- Prepares general production schedule covering all projects with detailed activity sequence and target dates.
- Prepares plan for allocation of manpower on a per project basis, coordinates with Project managers, site engineers, drivers to ensure manpower are onsite at agreed time. Tracks down manpower movement and ensures resources are being utilized to its efficiency
- Calculates material requirements, coordinates with procurement, tracks downs materials consumption, arrange deliveries to site and ensures material are always available and order are placed before running out.
- Coordinate with site team. Site engineers and project managers for tools requirements, checks availability, and ensures tools are delivered to site as needed, raises alarm in case of breakdown and pushes for repairs.
- Takes change of all deliveries to client, prepares delivery notes, coordinates with accounts and ensures deliveries are on time
- Attends to site installation works, ensures permits, method statements, risk assessment and other requirements are made ready prior to installation. Ensures safety during site installation.
