Office Manager - Osmoflo Australia

We are currently seeking an experience Office Manager for our Dubai office, based in the United Arab Emirates. You will be required to oversee and coordinate all administrative functions for the MENA Office in addition to managing the Human Resource & Compliance functions, including arranging visa’s, contracts and insurances as required.
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the organised and efficient operation of the MENA office by providing an administrative support function to the Dubai Hub, by coordinating travel bookings for Osmoflo staff and other ad hoc administrative tasks that may arise include conducting telephone and face to face interviews, preparing employment agreements and letters of offer as well as monthly reports.
The position reports to the General Manager, Human Resources based in Adelaide, Australia and the ideal person needs to be able to collaborate effectively with key departments within the global business and demonstrate strong competency in Human Resources, Compliance and Office Administration including managing all travel and visa requirements.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
• General office administration and associated duties
• Preparation of monthly headcount and compliance based reports in a timely manner
• Raising Purchase Orders in Finance System (Microsoft Navision)
• Maintaining visa documentation and company licenses
• Supporting the Human Resources function in MEA region
• Scheduling directors and shareholder meetings, travel bookings, customer visits etc..
• Liaising with JAFZA authorities and Insurance Brokers to ensure necessary compliances
• Ensure maintenance of QA system in accordance with the ISO9001 International standard
• Supervise and direct the PRO
