Office Manager - DHCM CEO Office - Dubai Healthcare City Authority


  • Prepares professional reports, memos, letters, presentations, invoices, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.


  • Manages calendars and multiple schedules to ensure the Senior Management attendance at scheduled, critical meetings.


  • Maintains respective departmental contact lists, forms and handbooks within the shared drives.


  • Receives, distributes and evaluates mail to identify those items requiring priority attention of the respective department.


  • Attends committee and other meetings and takes minutes, as directed.


  • Facilitates travel arrangements for the reporting manager, to ensure efficient traveling.


  • Screens phone calls and visitors, directing to appropriate staff or department when necessary.


  • Establishes and maintains filing systems for documents, correspondence, reports or other material.


  • Answers any queries from the employees or customers in a pleasant manner.


  • Coordinates the translation of documents to Arabic or English as required.


  • Ensures proper execution of established protocols whilst preparing for meetings with government dignitaries, diplomats and important visitors.


  • Partners with the other Executives/Senior Executives to exchange information, coordinates activities and collaborates events as necessary.
