We are recruiting for a dynamic M&A Analyst for a multi national Fintech, based in Dubai.
The role includes
- Addressing targeted questions on business & product strategy
- Conducting research to support both the strategy and investment team in their analysis
- Working on live investments to lay out market characteristics, competitive landscape and strategic fit
- Building models to value both investment targets as well as potential synergies
- Mapping the market on attractive opprotunities in new fintech areas (e.g. blockchain/ bitcoin, remittances) and in emerging markets
