Harmony Connections is currently working with a family-owned conglomerate with a diverse portfolio in manufacturing, real estate, and financial investments.
The client is urgently looking for a Legal Counsel for the Real Estate sector of the company to deliver effective and efficient organizational support to the legal department, to providing legal advice to other departments in the company.
Key Accountabilities
- Drafting and revising Lease Agreements, Tenancy Contracts for residential/ Commercial/, Property Agreements, Termination Agreements, IT Agreements, Supply Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Cases Memorandums and all official documents/ letters and legal services.
- Providing corporate legal services to the Company.
- Negotiating and drafting complex legal documents for the Company projects, drafting and reviewing energy, shipping, commodities, trading, agency, distribution, franchise, gas and oil agreements, and contracts.
- Understanding and reviewing legal documents in the common law jurisdiction.
- Understanding of English law, shipping, maritime, commercial, corporate laws.
