Client Details

A regional F&B company with revenue growing at 6x over 4 years. They employ 1000 direct employees and have distribution subsidiaries in the US. The company continues to grow internationally through export to a broad range of countries, joint ventures and further foreign subsidiaries

Description


  • Understand laws in different territories and develop tailor made client contracts
  • Review tailor-made contracts for suppliers to own Trading brand (exclusivity, lock in quantities with price, penalties)


  • Advice/counsel on statutory, regulatory and contractual matters
  • Manage legal relationship and communications with UAE regulators / authorities


  • Advice in relation to litigation and arbitration proceedings
  • Choice of external counsel


  • Corporate Finance: Review and understand current structure and implications
  • Manage share holdings and dividend flows
  • HR: Relationship with Ministry of Labour in UAE and KSA



  • Profile

    Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria:


  • Fluent in Arabic
  • 3-5 years post qualifying experience in Private Practice and more recently in-house
  • Understanding of international Best Practices and experience putting them into application
